We are Ana and Ignacio from Valencia and Bilbao. And Joan, our little bundle of energy. We are embarking on this project with the hope of sharing our city with those travellers who want to discover a new place, along with its customs and traditions. At least, this is what we like to do when we go away: soak in the people, the culture and another way of doing things.

If you are planning to travel to Bilbao from Europe, have a look at the websites of airlines, such as Air Europa, Easyjet or Lufthansa, which connect the city to most European capitals. If you are travelling from another Spanish city, you will find the best offers with Vueling and Iberia. If your city does not have a direct connection with Bilbao, check out the flights operated by Ryanair into Santander, which is only 100 km away and well communicated by coach (Alsa). Check other destinations here, along with the companies flying to them.

Bilbao Airport is just 20 km from the city. You can take a taxi or catch a bus. Buses run every 15 minutes and take you to Plaza Moyua, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

If you are coming from another city and decide to drive, you can park in our parking space, which is 10 minutes from the apartment. No extra charge for this service.

The train station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so you just have to follow a simple route to get to El Pisito. Have a look at timetables with Renfe.

Bilbao coach station (known as “Termibus”) is eight tram stops away. Get off at La Ribera and walk two minutes to our apartment. Check the main coach companies here.
